14-Day Return Policy


We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.


To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Clothing must be unwashed with original tags attached.
  • Squishy toys must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any items back.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for standard returns:


  • Used or damaged squishy toys
  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs when an item is defective or incorrect.
